He later stepped into a leadership role as a CTE Department Chairperson, where he drove innovation, fostered collaboration among educators, and ensured that students had access to cutting-edge resources. His impact continued to grow as a CTE Vice Principal, aligning programs with industry trends, building strategic partnerships, and championing equitable access to high-quality education.
He now serves as CTE County Director, where he oversees regional programs, mentors emerging leaders, and advocates for policies that elevate career and technical education. With a clear mission to provide every student with transformative opportunities, Troy is committed to preparing learners for meaningful and successful careers.
